Yes, you should definitely post if you find anything, and you should also post about any favorites in your area that people should know about.
The more you post about places near you, the more likely that people near you will find their way here via Google searches and such. Subjectively, it seems like as the documentation of places in
Northwest Indiana started to reach a critical mass, not long after we got a lot of new posters from that area who then started contributing their own knowledge... but it has to start somewhere!
