The linked calendar listing gives two conflicting times, so I contacted the sponsoring organization, who confirms that the dumpling tasting and demonstration will be on Friday, June 8, 6-8 pm at International House, 1414 E. 59th St.
To that information I would add that graduation ceremonies will be taking place at the U of C that day, so that parking nearby may be a challenge. I-House is, however, next door to the 59th St. Metra station.
