My wife and I are fascinated with and therefore
prefer to watch the activity in the kitchen when we go out for dinner. For example, although there are other seafood restaurants with comparable quality food, we almost always go to Roy's when we're in the mood for seafood. We have been there dozens of times, always at the counter, never been at a table once.
I am aware of the exhibition kitchens such as TRU, but what are the other good Chicago restaurants that offer a view of the kitchen while dining. TIA...
