Cicada Cook Off

Ok guys. I just got to this post. I regret I was too late for the cicadas party. What an awesome concept. Just to build up on your idea, I was thinking of having some fun this weekend. Go up to a park with some friends and hopefully fellow LTHers to hunt for cicadas. We will bring it home and have a cicadas cook off. Bring your favorite recipe or make one up on your own. I can try to find a good pairing of wine that will go well with these creatures. We will dine in style, cicadas a la carte!
