Not sure where you are or she is located, but what about at one of the Kosher stores? I know I've seen chocolate chips at Hungarian Foods (on Oakton in Skokie, just west of Kedzie, I think). Not sure if I've seen unsweetened chocolate, but if anyone would have another brand that is Kosher (given that you can't find the Hershey's), they would.
Yes. It used to be sold at Dominick's or Jewel (that was her local go to place), but isn't anymore. The issue is not necessarily finding kosher baking chocolate, which is pretty widely available. The issue is finding this particular barnd which is the only
non-dairy kosher baking chocolate, at least according to my Mother. I'll check at Hungarian, but I'd be surprised if she hadn't already checked there.
