I've always been partial to Yu's Mandarin on Golf.
The BF and I usually meet parents there because it's 1/2 way between Carey (where they live) and Chicago. We like to go there because the food is great and the menu is huge so everyone finds something they like (his parents are SUPER picky eaters.)
They specialize in hand-pulled noodles. They've also go a good selection of typical "Chinese-restaurant" dishes (kung pao chicken, shrimp fried rice, etc) and a healthy bunch of more authentic things on the menu (the noodles with black bean sauce and squid are one of my favorites).
Anyway - it's inexpensive too.
