    I'm working my way through a large supply of powdered green tea from Korea. I really enjoy it chilled. At first it takes on a murky green hue but, after a few hours the sediment settles on the bottom revealing clear brown liquid. Tastes fine.

    Anyone know what's going on here?

    I realize you say it's from Korea, but any chance that what you've got is a variety of genmaicha? That might explain the color properties...

    Nope. It's very finely powdered green tea from Boseong.
