Oenophiles will enjoy an array of Cayuse Vineyards wines, including 2004 Bionic Frog Syrah, 2005 Cailloux Vineyard Viognier, 2003 Armada Vineyard Syrah, 2004 Camaspelo Bordeaux Blend, and three others. Widely recognized as the first biodynamic winery in Washington State, winemaker Christophe Baron produces roughly 3500 cases each year, making this an outstanding opportunity to enjoy his hard-to-find wines. A sit-down dinner will by Chef Greg Darrah will accompany the tasting, including Duck Confit Pizettes, Mushroom and Goat Cheese Cigars, Coho Salmon with Braising Greens, Yukon Potato and Walla Walla Onion Hash and Summer Squash Ratatouille.
