Clara and James: best hash browns?

Significant other and I finally have been released from the burbs and moved into our new Avondale locale. Had to check out the local diner and was intrigued by their advertisement of "best hash browns". We waited over 40 minutes for our breakfast to arrive. It's small and we arrived at the same time with approx. 20 others non-related. One cook, one breakfast at a time. Coffee hot and strong, but good. My over easy eggs were perfection and darn-it, they were good hash browns. 2 eggs, hashbrowns and toast, $2.50.
