Yes, angel hair from carrot, beet, daikon is exactly what I want to make. Thanks! The lemon zester that was shown would probably work in a pinch for a small quantity, but I have visions of faster and more uniform "hairs", and the spiral slicer seems to be the ticket.Evil Ronnie wrote:LTH,

You want to make that fine "angel hair" from carrot, beet, daikon, right? These spiral vegetable slicers (like the Benriner) come with three blades of varying thickness. You can also remove the blade from the machine in order to cut vegetable ribbons.
