Charlie Trotter's 20th Anniversary!

Coming this Sunday, it should be a party to remember for years.

Emeril Lagasse, Paul Kahan, Norman Van Aken, Daniel Duckhorn and Charlie Trotter are teaming up to celebrate with 90 guests (I'm going).

would love to hear about the big 20th anniversary service last night.

i dined at trotter's for the 1st time in june, during the national restaurant show. the restaurant was also open on that sunday to accomodate all the visiting chefs & extra demand. it was certainly an incredible meal, and i can only hope he has much continued success for the next 20 years....

Well, it was incredible! I am in the process of uploading my pics for the evening and my review - but it was a blast - Emeril was fantastic and even Michael Ruhlman was there working on a piece for Gourmet Magazine.

Seing that my house is leaking any which way but loose, here is a slide show! Ugh!
