Restaurants Along Route 100 in Vermont?

I'll be doing not one, but two trips to Vermont over the coming weeks, checking out foliage, gift shops, and restaurants along Route 100 and some other roads that lead off it.

Can anyone suggest some good restaurants that are reasonably priced and casual along or near Route 100? I know Stowe very well, but don't know a whole lot about Route 100 between, say, Waterbury and Wilmington (near the Mass. border).
