Great lunch--I didn't even notice the lack of waffles.

Once again for me, the chicken boti was the star of the food show, with a strong following by broasted chicken and frontier chicken w/rice. Even the biryani, which I thought was too dry the last time I had it, was more moist today (though it's still no match on ingredients to the better Hyderabad biryanis I've had in the neighborhood in the past.)
The lunchtime ambiance at Khan's was noticeably more laid-back than the dinnertime rush I've experienced there in the past--if you have the option of going earlier in the afternoon, as we did, I'd recommend it.
Of course, It's always so much more enjoyable sharing a bunch of dishes with fine companions. Also nice to now be able to associate faces with
kafeine (Liz) and
gp60004 (Gus).
