    The New York Times dining guide ran an article about Moroccan pastries in the last year.

    I put it aside to save the recipes for an appropriate occasion, and now I can't find them!

    Did any body else save them? Or find them online?

    They sounded extraordinary.

    If you have a subscription to the NY Times, you can search on their website - type in baklava or dziriate and you should find them pretty quickly. The chef who helped with the article has a website, www.chefzadi.com. If you go to the March 2006 archives, he links to the article as well.

    They looked really interesting at the time, but I can't say I tried them.
