Which, if any, fine dining places are open on Monday nights? It's a wedding anniversary so no limit on price.

The most upscale, creative, and expensive of these - most suitable as a "splurge" for a special occasion - are Tru, NoMi, and Spiaggia. But (IMHO) all of these are excellent, each in its own way.

For fine dining on a Monday night, my option is always Carlos in Highland Park. It's one to the best places in Northern Illinois, and Monday is BYOB with no corkage. Here's the link: http://www.carlos-restaurant.com/index.html
