For every Bear's game this year, I am grilling food specialties from the opponent's city/state and to go along with the smoked brisket I am looking for a spot that carries or can supply fresh ground goat meat, the food of choice of the original Texas Cowboy's. Anybody thats made these please feel free to chime in with a suggestion or two, right now if I find the meat, I plan on mixing in peppers, garlic and onion's into the meat and hand packing the burgers and maybe adding a little bit of BBQ rub to each patty. Thanks to all.

If I were going to make a cabrito burger I would try to find a butcher who handles baby goat and get them to custom grind some meat for me. I guess I would start with some of the Halal butchers over on Kedzie near Lawrence. I cant help with more detail, I havent lived up there in a few years.

Whoops, I didn't realize that I misspelled Cabrito, not something you'd expect from a former 5th grade spelling bee champ.
