For every Bear's game this year, I am grilling food specialties from the opponent's city/state and to go along with the smoked brisket I am looking for a spot that carries or can supply fresh ground goat meat, the food of choice of the original Texas Cowboy's. Anybody thats made these please feel free to chime in with a suggestion or two, right now if I find the meat, I plan on mixing in peppers, garlic and onion's into the meat and hand packing the burgers and maybe adding a little bit of BBQ rub to each patty.
