This reminds me of the case that came up after the famous Wendy's "severed finger" debacle: Guy found server's severed finger in food and then refuses to give it back; he actually went out the door -- with the server's finger -- vowing to bring some kind of suit instead of relinquishing the body part that doctors said could have been reattached.
