Jordan's Food of Distinction

Aside from what's on their website there really isn't much info on the net about this place. I'll be heading to Jordan's for a function at the end of October. Has anyone been?

We're considering Jordan's for our wedding catering . . . it'll be a dinner buffet reception for about 300. Has anyone used Jordan's or been to an event they catered? They're great people, and the food we had at our tasting was incredible, but I haven't really been able to find a lot of information about them . . . what I have found over and over are two of the same very negative reviews posted around different review sites. Someone was obviously very bitter about their experience!

Any help or insight would be appreciated, and if this isn't the proper place to post this, please feel free to move it.
