October 15: Cheese Expert Laura Werlin to teach Eno-versity

Eno, the wine, cheese and chocolate lounge at the InterContinental Chicago, hosts nationally recognized cheese expert and author Laura Werlin for a special EnoVersity about pairing wine with American cheeses, followed by a book signing.

EnoVersity is held on Monday evenings from 6 to 7 p.m. and costs $25 per person.

About Laura Werlin: Laura Werlin is recognized as one of the country's foremost authorities on American cheese and she has just released her fourth cheese book, Laura Werlin's Cheese Essentials.
