I always found the beef sandwich and fries at What's the beef to be decent, at least the fries were handcut. The burgers aren't frozen either, which gives you a very viable char burger option. And a decent chicago dog. Dirk's fish market does a simple but nice sushi box lunch to go, there's no room to eat there, but he has very fresh fish. another spot, although not fantastic, was the local option. better than average bar grub, with a cajun/new orleans twist. I usually manage to choke down a grouper sandwich on ciabatta with caper aoili. It used to be fresh grouper, but after ownership change, if it is fresh, then I'm a monkey. There is a new PJ Clarkes coming right there too, should be on the higher end of eats for that area, I've heard rumors of a giant rotisserie in the space.
