Is there a reason it does not appear on the master list of all current and previous GNR winners?

There isn't a master list of previous winners per se. The ones that didn't get renewed are quietly removed from the list; remember, the reason is often simply that there hasn't been adequate discussion, not that the discussion was negative. Calling attention to the ones that have been removed would give an unfair impression.
