Is it time for the next Beef-a-thon yet?

Heck, I'm seriously thinking of starting one here in SoCal...we've got about a half dozen places that have it.

Meanwhile, how about some candidates for the next Chicago area one?

I'll toss out some from my haunt when I'm in town (Downers Grove) and also a couple from the near-Johnnie's area. I'd be interested in your thoughts on any of the places, and if by chance, there might be a B-o-t over Christmas, RSMBob might be saying HoHoHo.

I can't recall any of these ever being in a B-o-t and it would be interesting to see how they would stack up.

I'd say that the Beefathons as we know them are done. We've already covered pretty much every corner of the Chicagoland area. Of course, there's nothing stopping you from organizing one next time you are in town.
