Selected brands from the renowned Quebec specialty brewer, Unibroue, will be featured in a tasting on Tuesday, 20 November from 6:00–8:00 P.M. here at Cooking Fools. A representative of Unibroue will be present to answer your questions and to pour complimentary samples including Chambly Noire, a deceptively dark black ale, Seigneuriale, a surprisingly hoppy amber ale and Quelque Chose, a distinctive cherry ale… especially when served warm. Santé!

My favorite North American brewery, hands-down.

How many people can the space handle, and is there any event / cover charge?
