Mexican chocolate?

Post #1 - November 3rd, 2007, 8:00 amAnyone know a source for Mexican chocolate? I've heard of two brands-- Ibarra and Mayordomo--but I don't know where to find them.

Post #2 - November 3rd, 2007, 8:09 amIf you mean the kind for making hot chocolate, I've gotten Ibarra lots of places...any of the chain specialty markets catering to the Latino community, Del Rey for example, should have it. I know Caputo's carries it and probably the megamarts (Jewel, Dominicks, Whole Foods) if you look in the "International" foods sections. Ibarra comes in an octagonal box that's mostly yellow/orange in color."The only thing I have to eat is Yoo-hoo and Cocoa puffs so if you want anything else, you have to bring it with you."
