Stuffed Paneer
Cottage cheese slices stuffed with spicy potatoes mixture and fried.
Kaati kabobs
Ground lamb or beef or turkey mixed with onion mint cilantro and some spices and baked in the oven and rolled in tortillas.
Lamb Chops
French cut lamb chops cooked with ground fresh coconut and ground onion and green chilli,cumin mixture.
Peas Pulav
Fragrant basmati rice cooked with cumin and green peas.
Lychees Kulfi
Indian Ice cream, Simple desert made with lychees and cool whip.

Has the cooking class time not been decided yet? (Nov 28 OR Nov 30?) or should it read Nov 28 AND Nov 30?

The class will be held with a minimum of 4 people and maximum of 10 signing up.
It will be at 12 noon on Nov 28th and 615pm on Nov 30th.
I will hold a class any day or time of your choice as long as there are a minimum of 4 people. And you can pick the menu items also.

I can't attend, my interest was putting it on the LTH Google calendar and clearing up some confusion. It looks great, but I will probably be out of town.

Once you have definite dates, please post them and I'll update the calendar.

Cooking Tips in Urdu

I currently do not have any classes scheduled, due to my son's upcoming wedding in Oct. I would be more free in November and can schedule a class anytime/date/day for groups of minimum five and maximum ten.
