Chill: An International Wine and Culinary Tasting Event

On Friday, November 16, LuxeHome and Wine Spectator will host a high-end wine and culinary event presenting over 35 wine makers pouring American, European, and other varieties from around the world paired with signature dishes from some of Chicago’s most notable chefs. Hosted in LuxeHome’s 29 luxury kitchen, bath and building products boutiques, Chill will benefit the Respiratory Health Association of Metropolitan Chicago in their crusade to help people living with Lung Cancer and other lung diseases.

Chill will feature 29 chefs from Chicago’s finest restaurants including Aigre Doux, Coco Pazzo, David Burke’s Primehouse, The American Club, The Ritz-Carlton and newcomer Bluprint, among others. Each chef will serve a signature dish complimenting the wines being poured within each boutique. In addition, the event will host a one-hour private VIP Wine Tasting Reception from 5-6 p.m. featuring exclusive private stock and rare vintage wines including a special Grand Cru Champagne offered by Orange Imports called Etienne Lefevre. The Kohler Store will feature Chef Koberstein from The American Club who will pair a signature dish to compliment the Grand Cru Etienne Lefevre Champagne.

Chill is Friday, November 16, 2007 with a VIP Tasting Reception from 5-6 p.m. followed by the Wine & Culinary Event and Silent Auction from 6-8 p.m.
