When I lived in Chicago one of our favorite weekend meals was to get tacos de carnitas from Guanajuato Market on Ashland. We'll be back for a visit this weekend and I want to bring some meat, with all the fixin's and tortillas, home to have for dinner with friends on Sunday. I don't want to dry the meat out when reheating it. Any suggestions on how best to reheat? Thanks!

I'm sure opinions differ on this but I had great luck in placing them on a cookie sheet in a hot oven (375-400) for about 10-15 minutes. They were excellent to begin with, but were nicely crisped and still moist when removed from the oven.
