Okay, the turkey was very good...and so was the turkey club, and the turkey leftovers...but enough is enough! I want beef!

I'm thinking of making some Hungarian goulash tomorrow....I want that rich spicy paprika laced tomato sauce with the green beans & carrots & onions....

Anyone else craving something good and ...NOT turkey??? :D

Which is why I too made a trip over to Zier's http://lthforum.com/bb/viewtopic.php?t= ... ight=ziers for some prime dry aged Porterhouse. They couldn't believe how many steaks they sold yesterday also. Was it ever delicous.

    Well....that sounds wonderful :)

As for me, I made....meatloaf! It's homey, its soul-satisfying, and I didn't have to do a whole lot...It smells so good in here right now, with the meatloaf cooking. Especially the ketchup on top. The potatoes boiling, filling the air with moisture...nice to be inside on a raw day having a homey meal...

Well that's how it is when you are a single parent of a 7 year old! We are watching Nightmare Before Christmas...neighbors are decorating the fronts of their houses outside...can it be any better? Not that I know of! :) VIVA LE MEATLOAF! heh!
