I've really gotten into baking. Lately I have been making bread and thanks to Peter Reinharts last two books, The Bread Makers Apprentice and The Whole Grain Bread Book, I have become quite successful.
Now I want to make bagels. One of the ingrediants is malt. King Arthur Flour has malt but it is $4.95 for a pound. It seems like it would be more expensive to ship it then the malt costs. Does anyone have a suggestion on where to buy nondexterious malt used in bagel making.
