On December 11th, the Milt Rosenberg show will be devoted to restaurants and culinary work. (WGN, 9:00 p.m.-11:00 p.m.). Guests will be GAF (Gary Alan Fine, discussing Kitchens: The Culture of Restaurant Work), Bruce Sherman of North Pond Restaurant, and perhaps an additional guest as well.

    Hi,

I broke away from a meeting to listen to last night's program.

It was amusing to listen to Milt Rosenberg opening LTHforum.com while on-air. If he hadn't heard of us before, he certainly knows now. Thanks again GAF for the heads up on your participation on the panel.

    Regards,
    Cathy2
