Pizza #1 (Quattro Formaggio, carmelized balsamic onions, duck leg confit, shitake/crimini/trumpet mushrooms, blue cheese and black truffles on a roasted garlic olive oil sauce)
Pizza #2 (Quattro Formaggio, goat cheese, yellow/red bell pepper, shitake/crimini/trumpet mushrooms, hot Italian sausage on a red sauce)
