    LTH,

I was just reminded by Mike Sula via the Reader Blog that Grace Delcano, aka Swine Dining, of Galewood Cookshack will be on The Food Network's Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives tonight (Monday) at 9pm.

Very nice. Congrats. That show and its host do a great job finding/covering legit places to cover -- particularly impressive given the low, low level of most Food Network stuff and its pay-to-play shows. (Gee, I really need to know how fruit roll ups are made.)

In the Tampa area, they've covered personal favorites that I've written up, including Ted Peter's and Keegan's. (As an aside, I was a bit surprised that the host had never tried octopus until Keegan's chef, a Spaniard, gave him some.)
