I've done Moto. I have guest chef certificates for Gabriel's in Highwood and Carlos in Highland Park. I obtained both via a church silent auction.

I have one for Moto, which I too obtained via a charity auction. As a heads-up to anyone who has such a certificate or is planning to get one, the program at Moto has become quite popular. I recently called them to arrange the use of my certificate and the first opening was nine months away.

Post #6 - January 15th, 2008, 10:44 amI did one at Carlos a couple of years ago and it was a lot of fun. We had a fabulous dinner following that and then grabbed a case of Miller Lite and sat outside in the back yapping with the staff until 1:00 a.m.
