Hot & Sour Ramen in Chicagoland?

Morning everyone,
My girlfriend spent last year studying in Budapest and, if you can believe it, discovered a tiny Chinese restaurant that served a bowl full of incredibly delicious (and seemingly fresher than what I was used to) hot and sour soup with ramen noodles. Now, she misses it more than anything else, and I can't think of any reason why it shouldn't be available in Chicago...I haven't found anything close, though. Anyone had any experience with a dish like this, or at least know where I could get some great hot and sour to add noodles to?
