I had my first Caesar in the Finger Lakes region around Rochester, NY last summer. A guy from Toronto was making them and they were good.
Although I haven't seen it on a menu, there is a decent market for Clamato juice within the Hispanic population. I may try out a recipe on some friends to see what they think.
