According to my guide Good Eats on the Food Network tonight at 10pm is called "American Slicer"--with the description "Cutlery is discussed." I wonder if this is the same one?

It remains the only cooking class I've ever taken and if I were to recommend one class to anyone who wanted to be more effective in the kitchen, this would be it.
