If you'd enjoy seeing and testing their recipes before they're in the magazine, check out the details. I'm unaffiliated with them except as a happy reader.

MAG has done recipe testing under similar conditions. Last year I provided her some instant yeast called for in a recipe.
Now that I've signed up, I certainly hope they will use me!
