Gale will be appearing Saturday, February 9 from 1:30 to 3 p.m. at Osteria di Tramonto for a cooking demonstration focusing on one of her sweetest and most romantic treats— Chocolate Heart Throbs with Blushing White Chocolate Mousse. Leading a discussion about chocolate, covering everything from the geography of where it comes from to the science of how it gets its color (believe it or not, chocolate beans are actually white), Gale will offer tips on baking with chocolate as well as how to serve it in sure-fire aphrodisiacal ways guaranteed to set hearts aflutter and get Cupid’s attention. Tastes will be provided. This event is complimentary and reservations are not required.

I highly recommend going for lunch beforehand. Great burgers, lunch only. Excellent desserts, lunch and dinner, and worth the trip alone.
