Leading a discussion about chocolate, covering everything from the geography of where it comes from to the science of how it gets its color (believe it or not, chocolate beans are actually white), Gale will offer tips on baking with chocolate as well as how to serve it in sure-fire aphrodisiacal ways guaranteed to set hearts aflutter and get Cupid’s attention. I highly recommend going for lunch beforehand. Great burgers, lunch only. Excellent desserts, lunch and dinner, and worth the trip alone.
