These classes present 4 different culinary topics in 4 cooking classes each Sunday in February and are some of the events surrounding the Museum of Modern Ice.

Winter Flavors

1-3 p.m. Chicago Cultural Center (Education Center)
Spice up your winter menus with quick and easy recipes. Prepare them alongside World Kitchen staffers after the Spice House staff illuminates their popular spice ingredients’ history and lore. Includes a tasting.
