Did anyone record the pastry episode of Jamie at Home new series.
He had a meat pie, nettle and bolied ham pie, etc. Can't locate those recipes would anyone have them or point me in the right direction?
Besides shipping the book from England, which costs an arm and a leg.
    Any help would be appreciated.

Unfortunately only the recipe is posted for the apple pie and not for the rest. Tried that one already.

Looks like this link has a full rundown of the Guinness & cheddar stew: http://wellfed.typepad.com/well_fed/200 ... schuc.html

I've been wanting to make it since seeing the episode the other day. Finally, a move in the right direction for the Food Network!

Thanks so much you are fabulous.
    That pie looks awesome.
I will be trying it this weekend.
If you can find the other tart recipes let me know. The itallian quiche that he did looked awesome too.

I'm afraid I can't take credit for anything more than a great search engine!
