Cook for 3 days w/La France's P. Chabert

Patrick Chabert, former executive chef at La Francas for 16 yrs. will host what will be the first of quarterly exclusive small cooking classes at our Shallowbrook Farm excutive conference center; www.illinois-conference-center.com located in Bradford, Ill. 2/29 - 3/2/08

I know it's a drive from Chicago and it' also expensive, but look what the price includes;
* Two nights lodging
* All meals, including one at the renouned Kaiserhoff restaurant
located one mile from our property in Bradford
* All wine
* All instruction
* Take home gifts
* Real Illinois rural scenery while staying at a first class facility

The advertised price is $800.00/person single occupancy, $700.00 double occupancy.
But...
Because people reading this blog are such influential opinion leaders on all things food in the Chicago area, I'm discounting the first 6 people I hear from to a total price of $600.00/person. This pays your gas from chicago, and don't you need a local trip now, after all this snow? Should be decent driving the day the class starts, Friday Feb. 29, 2008.
