Salpicon
A cold appetizer of shredded beef brisket with garlic, bell peppers, olives, avocado. Served with tostones.
Shrimp and Avocado Salad
sauteed shrimp on organic mixed greens, sliced avocado, mango cream,
lime vinaigretta and flour totopos
Calyypso Chicken
rum-garlic au jus, mushrooms, onions, cashews. Served with garlic whipped potatoes
Carne Asada
garlic rubbed skirt steak with plantains, black beans and Spanish rice
Banana Chimichanga
served with vanilla ice cream and caramel sauce
Dinner $32 + Tax + Tip = Approx. $40
