NYT: 10 Restaurants that Count

NY Times finds many restaurants "that count" outside NYC...but none in Chicago:

To be fair, this is among restaurants that are not much more than two years old, opened between Jan. 1, 2006, and Dec. 31, 2007.

I have eaten at exactly zero of the places on Bruni's list, so I'm not one to argue. I'm just providing some info.

Yes, and Bruni is not saying these are the ONLY restaurants that count.
