Two BYOBs

I'm a big fan of BYOBs - two I've driven past lately, but have no info about - wondering if any of you have been there, and if so, what your experience was.

1) Cafe Ballou - roughly 1000 N. Western

2) Colombian Restaurant (couldn't see any other name from the street) on Peterson, about a block west of Western
