Given the lack of interest in La Quebrada I fear it may be doomed to disappear from the GNRs absent some action. As the original nominator, I know the place at least deserves some consideration.

Anyone interested in joining me for a visit to the La Q on Roosevelt, just west of Cicero on March 7, 1230p?

    Edited to reflect new date.

I'd love to go, but figjustin's on a no meat kick. Is it worth it for the vegetarian/seafood fare or should we just wait until he's back on meat again?

I think you could make a decent meal of it and we would love the company.

Just found out that figjustin has a playdate Monday afternoon so I can come and eat as much meat as I want to. I may bring another lapsed LTHer along with. What time?

Somehow it seems like the schedule on this got confused (at least I got confused) - sorry Molly and anyone else I inconvenienced. VI and his family are going to be there for lunch shortly, so if you are there you will have company.

    See revised date above.

I'd love to join you for lunch at La Quebrada, I have a real soft spot for the place ever since your late night Mealstar* suggestion to the Aurora branch.

    See you Friday at 12:30.

    Enjoy,
    Gary

    D,

I got my days mixed up and will not be able to make lunch.

Looking forward to reading about your lunch at La Quebrada.

    Enjoy,
