Chicago foie gras ban, several months on

Hi all,

I am a PhD student and long-time LTHer. I am working on a project on responses to the the foie gras ban in chicago (because it's always best to bring things around to what we love--foie gras, not the ban) and would be interested in talking to both professionals and customers/consumers about the ban.
