    1/8-ounce yeast
    1/2-ounce salt
    2 pounds bread flour

These are the measurements given for a pizza recipe. I do not have a kitchen scale. Am I correct in assuming I cannot use liquid measure equivalents? Anyone that can help convert these to cup and spoon (1/8, 1/4, 1/3,
    1/2) measure?
Reading is a right. Censorship is not.

1/8th oz yeast is around a teaspoon..

flour is usually sold in pound bags, so just use 2/5 of a 5 pound bag and you're fine. if you have a kilo bag (caputo cheese market sells 1kilo pizza flour bags), just use most of a bag.

these are all approximate since the amount of air in the flour, the size of the yeast, etc, will all change the conversion. weight is always the safest way to do these things, so you may want to invest in an electronic scale.
