Earlier this year, a number of us has the great fortune to attend a Fergus Henderson lecture and book signing for the Culinary Historians of Chicago. Several of us also attended Paul Kahan's luncheon in honour of Fergus, at Avec, following the lecture.

But what I really enjoyed was Bourdain's impression of a fence post. I know that Henderson is the celebrity in the UK, but I hope they let Tony speak at some point on that appearance.
