Whole Pig Roast or Lamb Roast - Roaster in Chicago ?

Who offers whole pig or lamb roasts where they bring the equipment and all and roast it in your yard? Want a good roaster who uses rubs/spices to bring out the flavor, not someone who'll throw bbq sauce on deliciously roasted meat.

Also, we're a bit "space challenged" because our yard probably can't accommodate everyone so I was thinking of having the party in our front garage (attached) and roasting on the sidewalk just outside of it. Already okayed it with the nearby neighbors.

Anyone have any experience with a roaster and some personal recommendations? Looking for good taste. Also wondering if we can roast on a city street without troubles.

The thought of a "personal invite" did cross my mind.
