First Slice's food program, which is a beautiful thing. I do not know which Chicago chefs are participating in this fundraiser, but I would expect the food to be top-notch. From the e-mail they sent out on the event:

This fundraiser will celebrate the launch of our new mobile meals program, which will deliver delicious, hearty, and nourishing meals directly to hungry Chicagoans living on the streets. Last year, First Slice delivered over 37,000 three-course meals to members of our Chicago community who are living in need. To further our mission and community service, we are launching a "Soul Food Pantry Bus" which will serve hot food directly to people living on the street. Based on our experiences working with homeless populations, we believe that our mobile meals program will be a particularly efficient way of reaching more of the approximately 15,000 homeless youth living in Chicago each year.
